The time depends on the size of the space and how much upkeep it needs. Most weekly visits are shorter than one off cleans because the home is maintained consistently. We can estimate the duration after a quick review of your rooms and priorities.
Can I pause or reschedule my subscription when I am away?
Yes, you can request a pause or reschedule with notice, subject to availability. We will do our best to protect your regular slot and confirm the next visit date in writing. If you have guests returning, we can also add an extra session to catch up.
Do I need to provide cleaning products and equipment?
We can bring standard supplies, and we can also use your preferred products if you have specific brands or allergy requirements. Let us know about delicate surfaces like natural stone or untreated wood so we use the right materials. Equipment needs can be confirmed during setup.
