Yes, in most cases we can disconnect and remove the existing hob as part of the same visit. We will isolate the supply, confirm the wiring condition, and then fit and connect the new unit. Please ensure access is clear around the worktop and connection point.

What should I do to prepare for a hob installation appointment?

Make sure the hob is on site, the worktop cut out is ready, and the area is cleared for safe access. If the hob is built in above an oven, ensure the cabinet can be accessed if needed. Having the model details available also helps us confirm requirements quickly.
