FAQ

Do I need to buy the faucet before booking an installation?

You can, but it is not required. If you already have a faucet, we will confirm it fits your sink and plumbing connections. If you have not chosen one yet, we can advise on sizes, hole spacing, and features that suit your setup.

Can you replace the shut off valves and supply hoses at the same time?

Yes, and it is often recommended, especially if the valves are stiff, leaking, or older. New valves and braided supply lines reduce the risk of future leaks and make the faucet easier to service later. We will only replace what is necessary and explain the options on site.

Why is my new faucet still low pressure after installation?

Low pressure can be caused by debris in the aerator, a partially closed or faulty shut off valve, or blocked pipework upstream. We will check the aerator and connections first, then test flow from the valves to isolate the cause. If needed, we can recommend further troubleshooting to restore normal pressure.
