No, we can isolate the supply as part of the job using the local shut off valve or the mains stopcock if needed. If your shut off valve is stuck or leaking, we can replace it during the visit.
Can you install a toilet if the floor is uneven or the old toilet was rocking?
Yes, we assess the floor condition and correct the fit so the new toilet sits stable. This may include reworking the mounting points or addressing the seal and flange alignment to prevent future leaks.
How do I know if my new toilet will fit the existing waste outlet?
The key measurement is the rough in distance and the outlet type. If you share the model details or photos of the existing setup, we can confirm compatibility and advise if any adapters or pipe adjustments are required.
