Do I need to remove the transit bolts before the installer arrives?
It is best to keep transit bolts in place until the machine is in its final position to prevent damage during moving. We can confirm the correct time to remove them and ensure the machine is ready for safe operation.
What if my existing water valve or drain connection is not compatible?
We will assess the fittings on arrival and explain what is needed to make a safe connection. If a replacement part or adjustment is required, we will confirm options and costs before any work continues.
How can I tell if the washing machine is level after installation?
A level machine should not rock when you press on opposite corners, and it should run with minimal vibration. If you notice excessive shaking during spin, the feet may need a small adjustment and we can advise on the safest way to do it.
