How often should my pool be cleaned and tested?
Most outdoor pools benefit from weekly cleaning during warm months, especially with regular use. Water should be tested at least weekly to keep chlorine and pH stable. In cooler periods, fortnightly visits may be enough depending on debris and bather load.
Can you recover a pool that has turned green or cloudy?
Yes, we can assess the cause and apply a step by step recovery plan, which may include shock treatment, brushing, vacuuming, and filter cleaning. Results depend on how severe the bloom is and how well the filtration system is performing. We will also advise how to prevent the issue from returning.
Do I need to be at home during the maintenance visit?
Not always, as long as we have safe access to the pool area and equipment. We can agree entry instructions in advance and leave a service update after the visit. If any repairs or extra chemical treatments are recommended, we will contact you before proceeding.
