Terms of Use for the FIX Application
Definitions
Application refers to FIX, which offers services such as Electrical Works, Plumbing, HVAC Services, Painting and Decorative Plastering, Wall and Ceiling Construction, Locksmith Services, Appliance Installation, Landscaping and Gardening, Packing and Moving, Flooring, Cleaning Services, Roof Construction and Repair, Furniture Assembly and Repair.
User refers to any individual (visitor of the Application, advertiser, or professional) who enters the Application, either directly or through referral from another website, to browse, register, use services, or for any other purpose.
Partner refers to an individual advertising their services through the Application. Partners are considered a type of User.
Content refers to data, text, information, software, sound, music, photos, graphics, videos, and other materials published or submitted for publication in the Application.
Terms refer to all the usage rules outlined in this document.
I. General Provisions
This document outlines the terms of use for the information and services provided by FIX.

If you do not agree with the Terms, you must immediately leave the Application.
Any use of the Application is considered acceptance of the Terms.
KMP BUILD Ltd. reserves the right to unilaterally change these Terms without prior notice to Users.
Rights and Obligations of FIX
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, FIX is not an intermediary or third party in relationships between non-partner Users and partner Users.
FIX does not guarantee that services offered through the Application will meet Users' expectations, nor that access to the Application will be uninterrupted or secure.
FIX is not obligated to monitor how Users or Partners use the services provided, nor to track or record information uploaded or shared by Users or Partners.
FIX reserves the right to send unsolicited commercial messages to Users. By accepting these Terms, Users agree to receive such messages. Users can opt-out at any time.
FIX may suspend access to a profile or content without prior notice if it violates these Terms or applicable laws.
FIX may terminate access for Users who abuse the booking system or frequently cancel reservations.
FIX may report User activities to relevant authorities if they breach legal or moral standards.
Rights and Obligations of Users
Users may use the Application and its content in compliance with these Terms.
Users must cease using the Application if they violate these Terms.
Users must not submit false, threatening, offensive, illegal, or confidential content, or content that infringes on the rights of others.
Users are liable to compensate FIX for damages or legal fees resulting from third-party claims related to content submitted in violation of these Terms.
Users must not use Application content for advertising or marketing purposes.
Users are required to notify FIX immediately in case of a scheduling issue or to cancel a booked service.
Rights and Obligations of Partners
Partners must only publish content related to actual regions of operation and keep their information accurate.
Partners are required to inform FIX of any changes to their service regions for timely updates.
Content Usage
The content of the Application cannot be reproduced without explicit written consent from the Application owner.
FIX is not responsible for any damages, including loss of data, resulting from the use of the Application or its content.
Payment Terms for Transactions with Bank Cards
All prices listed in FIX are final and include all applicable taxes. Payment Transactions in Bulgarian Leva
All fees for bank charges, commissions, and exchange rate differences arising from bank payments or transactions made using the customer's bank card are borne by the customer. FIX is not responsible for such charges.
Customer data privacy policy is detailed in the next section.
Electronic transactions are processed via the STRIPE online payment system, ensuring secure payments. FIX does not store bank card numbers.
Cancellation Policy
For paid services, FIX offers a 14-day cancellation period from the date of payment. Customers can cancel unused services within this timeframe by contacting supportcenter@fix-app.eu.

Personal Data Processing Policy
Personal Information Collected by FIX
FIX collects and processes the following data:

User information: name, phone number, email (for booking purposes).
Technical information: IP addresses, device and browser details, browsing history, viewed regions, user behavior in the Application, and other related data.
Purpose of Data Collection
Data is collected for several purposes:

Marketing: To provide personalized service recommendations.
User Experience: To analyze user activity for improving the Application.
Convenience: To notify users of upcoming reservations and remind them about future appointments.
Sharing Data with Third Parties
FIX does not share personal data with third parties unless required by law. However, data may be collected through embedded advertising platforms, social networks, or third-party analytics integrated into the Application.

Data Retention Period
User data is retained for a maximum of five years after the user’s last activity in the Application.

Managing Your Personal Data
Users have the following rights regarding their personal data:

Access: Request a copy of stored personal data.
Correction: Notify us of changes to your personal data.
Deletion: Request the deletion of your personal data.
Data Portability: Request transfer of your personal data to a third party.
